Bookings of air-tickets/ holiday packages/ tours/ safaris/ car hire are not confirmed unless and until payment in full has been received and final confirmation is sent when the booking becomes binding and the terms and conditions, as contained herein, become enforceable.
we strongly recommend that passengers do not travel over border without travel insurance. We can offer you World-Wide Travel Insurance as well as baggage cover. For rates and further information contact us. It is vital that sufficient travel insurance be purchased to cover the duration of your trip.
Please note that travel insurance may only be purchased prior to your departure. We strongly recommend additional insurance cover over and above the free cover supplied by the credit card company applicable when purchasing air tickets on credit card. It is necessary to check with the relevant credit card company regarding the details and extent of the free insurance cover applicable.
when booking with us, the client acknowledges and confirms that he or she is medically fit, in good health and is able to embark upon the flight/ tour/ safari.
We cannot be held responsible for any curtailment/ denial of services due to health issues.
Service fees will be levied on all travel bookings and associated services.
please ensure that all your travel documents are in order prior to departure. It is ultimately the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of valid passports together with health documents and any visas that may be required. All passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your intended return. In certain instances, foreign passport holders require a re-entry and/ or a departure permit when returning and/ or departing to and from Africa, You are hereby advised to contact the relevant authorities to check the requirements.
We cannot accept liability where entry into a country is denied for any reason, for any change in requirements and/ or delays, loss of passports and documentation caused by any third party concerned.
Accommodation is as specified in the itinerary or brochure. The use of specific accommodation is subject to availability. We reserve the right to make use of alternative accommodation. This will in no way affect the price of the tour/ safari.
we reserves the right to utilize different sizes or types of vehicles to those indicated depending on demand and availability.
We only undertake to make car hire bookings on behalf of clients as agents of car rental companies. All drivers must ensure that they have the correct licenses for the category of vehicle and insurances to cover all eventualities and risks. They will also be responsible for traffic fines etc., even after their return of vehicles. All terms and conditions of car rental companies will apply.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
it is the traveller's responsibility to initiate the refund, but us will process the refund application on the passenger's behalf. We can only pass the refunded amount on to the traveller once the airline has transferred the funds in full to us. If tickets are paid by credit card, the airline will refund to the credit card directly. Please note that not all refund applications are successful.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your flight/ tour/ car-hire/ holiday etc., you must notify us immediately in writing. Cancellation will take effect upon receipt and acknowledgement of your cancellation.
Cancellations fees apply in all instances and vary depending on the carrier/ operator/ agent.
We act as an agent between the passenger and the airline, car rental companies and tour operators. As such, we cannot be held liable for loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience caused by the principals concerned. Any cancellation fees incurred, or specified by the principle, will be for your account.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the foregoing shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in its brochure or other literature, late or non-confirmation or acceptance of reservation, loss or damage caused by delays, accidents, sickness, injury or death, whether occasioned by negligence or not nor by any person acting for, through or on behalf of us..
Law & Jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Tanzania shall govern the relationship between us and its clients. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court in respect of any dispute, action or proceedings, which may arise between us and the client.
